On the evening of 24 July, participants in the Stuttgart Assembly and the general public will have an opportunity to sample cuisine from the “LWF World Kitchen.” Three recipes will be selected and prepared from the LWF cookbook - Food for Life: Recipes and Stories on the Right to Food.

Food stalls will be set up around the Schillerplatz adjacent to the Stiftskirche in central Stuttgart.

Diaconal organizations in the greater Stuttgart area have been contacted and will be responsible to set up and run the mobile kitchens that evening. Some 700 meals will be prepared for sale to the public, with a voucher system for LWF delegates. An estimated 2,000 people are expected to pass through the square that Saturday evening.

The English and German language editions of the LWF cookbook will also be on sale.
